Joe Lester is the General Manager of Harton Realty. He has been very instrumental in the growth of Tullahoma including commercial developments and many residential subdivisions. He is a licensed real estate broker, a licensed insurance agent, and is part owner of Lester-Greene-Mccord Insurance. He has an extensive knowledge of the history of Tullahoma. He is an avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast. He and his wife Ann have three daughters and are very involved in church, civic and educational functions.

Daryl Welch, Broker/Asst. General Manager

Daryl Welch is the Assistant General Manager and Broker of Harton Realty. He is a Tullahoma native and makes his home here in Tullahoma with his wife Lori and two children, Brianna and Brady. He has a Graduate and Undergraduate degree from MTSU and an Associates degree from Motlow State College. He enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time. He is involved in church and civic activities. Linda Hawkersmith

Linda has been a licensed real estate agent for over ten years and is currently working as Daryl's assistant and office manager. This gives her more time to spend with her family but still be involved in real estate. She lives in Tullahoma with her husband Steve and they are involved in church and enjoy showing and riding horses. They have 2 children and 4 grandchildren who also live here.
