Joe Lester, Broker/General Manager

Joe Lester is the General Manager of Harton Realty. He has been very instrumental in the growth of Tullahoma including commercial developments and many residential subdivisions. He is a licensed real estate broker, a licensed insurance agent, and is part owner of Lester-Greene-Mccord Insurance. He has an extensive knowledge of the history of Tullahoma. He is an avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast. He and his wife Ann have three daughters and are very involved in church, civic and educational functions.


Daryl Welch, Broker/Asst. General Manager

Daryl Welch is the Assistant General Manager and Broker of Harton Realty. He is a Tullahoma native and makes his home here in Tullahoma with his wife Lori and two children, Brianna and Brady. He has a Graduate and Undergraduate degree from MTSU and an Associates degree from Motlow State College. He enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time. He is involved in church and civic activities. The real estate field has given him the opportunity to meet new people coming to the area as well as helping friends and family with their real estate transactions. Linda Hawkersmith

Linda has been a licensed real estate agent for over ten years. I have been working as Daryl's assistant for over a year. She really enjoys her position as office manager / assistant. It gives her more flexibility to spend time with her family but still work in real estate. She lives in Tullahoma with her husband Steve and they are involved in church and enjoy showing and riding horses. They have 2 children and 2 grandsons who also live here. She loves meeting new people and really loves helping families find their new home.


Kenny Pack

Kenny has been involved in real estate since the 1970's. He has personally bought and sold many homes and apartments for investment purposes. He is a Tullahoma native and has an abundance of knowledge about Tullahoma real estate. He is married to Janie and they are very active in the community. He enjoys golf and the outdoors.
